The team of the Faculty of Engineering and Management

We are a team of 35 professors and teaching staff with special responsibilities. We are supported by experienced lecturers from industry and our staff in modern, well-equipped laboratories and computer rooms.

We stand for interdisciplinary and intercultural education as well as research and transfer at the interfaces between technology, business, design and society. In addition to teaching undergraduate content, our expertise lies in the areas of sustainability, creativity, digitalisation/AI, value creation, entrepreneurship and foresight. We offer innovative Bachelor's and Master's degree programmes with a strong focus on application. Due to our international orientation, half of all degree programmes are taught entirely in English. Modern teaching methods, classroom teaching in combination with digital study programmes and project studies to deepen the course content create a varied and efficient learning atmosphere. We enable our graduates to pursue a career as top performers and managers.

Dean's Office

The dean's office is the contact for professors, lecturers and students of the faculty and responsible for the study course organisation. A team made of dean, vice-dean, students` dean, women´s  representative and administrative employees (office manager and assistants) is conceptually and organisationally in charge of courses, examinations, laboratories, event management, marketing and supervision of applied practical projects.

Faculty Board

Dean, Vice-Dean, Students' Dean and Women's Representative are the management team of the faculty. They are responsible for the organisational and academic leadership of the faculty.

Dean's Office Manager

The dean's office manager supports the faculty board autonomously in conceptual, strategic and organisational tasks of the faculty. They supervise overarching faculty projects, study programmes, accreditation, evaluations, examinations as well as marketing and communication and represent the faculty in working groups.
